About
The delivery arm of CAQA Groups
CAQA Projects exists because good teams kept losing good projects to bad plumbing - plans in one tool, work in another, money in a third.
Why we built it
Across the CAQA family we run projects every day - resource development, platform builds, compliance programs, events. Like most organisations, we started with a spreadsheet for the plan, a chat thread for the work and an accounting export for the money. Every status meeting began with reconciling the three.
CAQA Projects is the tool we wanted instead: one platform where the schedule, the boards, the budget and the margin are views of the same records. When a task slips, the Gantt knows. When an hour is logged, the budget knows. When the budget moves, the portfolio dashboard says so.
Who it is for
The platform is built for education and service organisations - training providers, consultancies, agencies and internal delivery teams - where projects are won, delivered and invoiced by the same small group of people wearing several hats.
It is deliberately bright, plain and quick to read. The measure of a project tool is not how much it can hold, but how fast a busy person can see what matters.
Part of something larger
CAQA Projects is one platform in the CAQA ERP suite from CAQA Groups, a Career Calling International initiative headquartered in Craigieburn, Victoria. The suite shares its data model, so the projects you run here connect with the rest of the family - and with the way your organisation already works.
